Refund and Terms of Service Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. We ask that you send your request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All items are Quality Checked before dispatch. If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 15-day returns policy described above.

Once we receive your refund/exchange request we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide instructions to return the item.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Assuming that our refund and exchange policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.

Returning Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
